What Organizator does today
Services with duration
Each service has a duration and a buffer after it. Ready-made templates per trade; you set prices yourself.
Working hours
Per staff member and day, with a break. Clients are offered only times that are really free.
Booking page
Your own link, a QR code for the window and a snippet to embed on your website. Clients need no app and no account.
Confirmations and reminders
Confirmation right away and a reminder the day before, by email. SMS notifications are switched on at the business's request.
Cancel and reschedule
Clients cancel or move the appointment from the link in the message, up to the deadline you set.
Client card
Appointment history, your note and the number of no-shows. You mark whether the client came.

Appointments are confirmed automatically or by you.

You are the controller
AI MAX d.o.o. processes data only on your instructions, under the data processing agreement.
Only what is needed
A booking asks for a name, a mobile number and, optionally, an email. There is no field for the reason of the visit.
No promotional messages
Organizator only sends messages about the appointment: confirmation, reminder, cancellation and change.
Servers in the EU
Data sits on our own servers in the European Union, separated per business.
