The service

Organizator is an online appointment tool: calendar, public booking page, confirmations and reminders, cancellation and rescheduling, and a client card. The service is in a pilot phase and evolving; features may change or be added.

Pilot phase

Use during the pilot is free. We will notify you by email in advance of any prices after the pilot; continuing will be your choice.

Sign-up

Use requires sign-up with accurate business details and email confirmation. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. The booking page goes public after email confirmation.

Your obligations

Use Organizator only for appointments of your own business. Do not use it for health services or enter health data, and do not use it for promotional messages. Towards your clients you are the data controller and responsible for lawful processing.

Client messages

Organizator sends only messages about the appointment, including a one-time confirmation code with which the client confirms a booking on the public page (a transactional message to the contact the client entered). The business may turn code confirmation off in settings, at the risk of fake bookings. SMS is enabled by AI MAX at the business's request and with a monthly message cap per business; above the cap, messages go by email only.

Data processing

For your clients' data AI MAX is the processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee availability during the pilot. AI MAX is not liable for lost profit or for the consequences of appointments agreed between the business and its client; liability for intent and gross negligence remains as provided by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to info@aimax.hr. On request we export your data before deletion.

Governing law

Croatian law applies. The competent court in Rijeka has jurisdiction.
